Solstice is once again here!
A reminder that things are in a constant change, shifting and altering our perceptions of the world we live in. The sun rising earlier, or later. The sun setting later, or earlier. Solstice is a time to celebrate the change, the shift.

The soltstice is a still point where the sun has reached the end of the pendulum and it begins to swing in the other direction. It has been recognized as far back as Neolithic times.
In ancient times these events impacted the sowing of crops, mating of animals and handling of winter reserves. The winter solstice was an important part of many indigenous cultures spiritual beliefs, a time of cosmic change and renewal, as well as a time where indigenous communities faced existential questions. ]
The winter solstice brings the ideas of renewal, birth, sun gods and goddesses, and life-death-rebirth deities. It is a time to go within, feel into your own
being. Reflect on your life, find the gratitude for all those steps that have led you to here and now and know you are on your path. The path you are choosing. The path that leads you into the life you are creating.
Each step leading to the next. You are exactly where you need to be to get where you want to go.
So let's take a deep breath together. Inhale through the nose. Hold that breath as you squeeze those pelvic floor muscles. Feel yourself
expand, expand, expand. hold, hold, hold. Now slowly release the squeeze and exhale with sound. Do two more breaths like this. Allow yourself to feel the energy flowing through your body. You are alive. Sit in this place of silence and enjoy the stillness.
You get to choose the life you truly want. Do it from this place of quiet, stillness, gamma waves and see how it unfolds for you.
