Happy Full Wolf Moon in Leo,

As we step into the energy of this full moon the one that proceeds Valentine's day, I have a special moon ceremony practice for you. 

Write yourself a Love Letter. As if you were writing it to your beloved only put your name on it and write about all the things you LOVE and ADORE about yourself. 

Take some time to be in your love energy, breathe into you heart and really expand this letter with that sweet heart-connected energy. You get to be in love with you. 

Seal it in an envelope. You could even seal it with a kiss. What if you put some lipstick on and kissed your envelope? If you do, please take a photo and post it in the Tantra Talk group.

Of course, you can always do it in your own private ceremony. Burn your letter or bury it in the moonlight with the intention of LOVE.
