You may be
thinking what do a Pagan holiday and Tantra have in common. Tantra has taught me that EVERYTHING is spiritual and sacred. So we get to embrace all the parts and weave them into our own unique spiritual fabric of belief. You get to choose what works best for you on this spiritual journey you have chosen to embark upon.
In the tradition of Imbolc, it is a great time to for those house cleaning rituals to begin-- spring
cleaning.
A time of deep reflection, going through your stuff to release, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Here is your ritual:
Holding an unlit candle, bring your awareness to your inner landscape by taking 7 deep, full, belly breaths. In this space of stillness allow yourself to feel your heart beating, notice each and every cell of blood pumping through your body.
Be in this sensation for
at least 3 minutes, in the awe of this incredible body that does so much for you.
Allow yourself to feel into your sexual energies. How do they feel? What comes to your mind when you think about sex? Is there a place that you can open even more? Is there a place where there is some resistance? What is this about?
Take a moment to journal about this.
Light your candle. Focus on the flame and offer this journal entry into
the fire. You can light the paper on fire or bury it.
Release the resistance, open that space and feel the sensations as you let go of those thoughts, patterns, resistance... perhaps there is some grief in the letting go. It is ok to feel that grief, allow it. When we are changing, there is a moment of sadness as we let go of what once was so that we can expand into the new frequency.
It is important to take a moment to feel
that grief, to feel the gratitude for how that served you and know what is coming is exactly what you need to get where you want to go.
Sit in this space for as long as you desire. You are evolving and becoming with each and every breath, with each and every beat of your heart...
You get to choose how deep you desire to go, how deep will you go?
