Candle--Light a red, yellow, orange, or white candle. Hold it in your hands  gazing into the flame.  Inhale deeply, squeeze the pelvic floor, HOLD, bringing the intention to remain open to spiritual guidance throughout this lunar cycle into your mind's eye, relax the squeeze, exhale completely with the sound of opening, hold in the emptiness until you need to inhale then repeat 3 times.

Fire -- gaze into the fire.  Inhale deeply, squeeze the pelvic floor, HOLD, bringing the intention to remain open to spiritual guidance throughout this lunar cycle into your mind's eye, relax the squeeze, exhale completely with the sound of opening, hold in the emptiness until you need to inhale then repeat 3 times.

Offer those journal writings to the fire  of this new moon along with sacred tobacco (you can burn them or bury them).
