Happy Holidays and Happy Solstice Eve!
Today, we celebrate a magical turning point. Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we’re welcoming the return of the light as the days grow longer. Meanwhile, our friends in the Southern Hemisphere embrace the beauty of the dark as their season shifts.
How incredible is it to witness and honor these cycles, wherever we are in the world?
As we
step into this new season, I want to share a special gift with you: a releasing ritual to help you let go of what no longer serves you.
I’ve shared this practice in a short reel on Facebook—a simple yet powerful way to release and renew. It’s something I often do with moon cycles, but today, I’m using it to release something deeply personal that came up for me during my morning rituals.

Here’s what I’m releasing tonight:
As I was doing my morning rituals, I noticed a phrase I’ve been silently telling myself: “I AM SCARED.”
From years of practice, I’ve learned how powerful our words are, especially when we attach our identity to an
emotion. I realized I could shift this to something gentler, more accurate: “I am feeling scared.”
From this new perspective, I was able to soothe myself, find safety, and uncover the message behind that feeling. It gave me clarity and allowed me to see what’s truly possible.
Tonight, as I prepare for a solstice eve drum ceremony, I’ll be releasing “I AM SCARED” in the ritual. I invite you to reflect on what you might want to release too—let’s create
space for something new, together.
If this resonates with you, let me know what you’re releasing or how the ritual feels for you.
I look forward to hearing your thoughts and what you are releasing in the comments on the reel.
Wishing you peace, clarity, and renewal this Solstice Eve.
Warmly,
