Dear ,
As the year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey Tantra has taken me on. Since meeting the extraordinary Triambika Ma Vive in 2009, her wisdom and passion guided me toward discovering the deeper dimensions of intimacy and connection. Today, through Tantra Talk: Intimacy, Love, Connection, Relationship, and Techniques, I’m honored to help others unlock the profound magic of sacred sexuality and conscious relationships.

This holiday season, I invite you to join me in a cherished ritual that has become a yearly tradition in my life: my Christmas writing ritual.
Every Christmas night, after the festivities settle, I take a deep breath, ground myself, and read my Dear Lisa letter—a letter I write to myself each year. In it, I reflect on the year’s events, acknowledge my growth, and write, in the present tense, what I envision for the year ahead. This ritual allows me to
celebrate my wins, honor the hurdles I’ve overcome, and connect with my future self, weaving together the timelines of my life.
Once I’ve read last year’s letter, I write a new one. I seal it with a kiss, tuck it into an envelope, and place it in the Christmas decorations tub, ready to be discovered next year.
The letter from last year? That one will go into the New Moon fire on Monday—a symbolic act of releasing to make space for what’s to
come.
Here’s another fun tradition: every month, gift yourself (or your partner) a small present, wrap it in Christmas paper, and place it in a special Santa box. By next Christmas, you’ll have 12 surprises waiting for you—moments of joy wrapped in mystery to rediscover.
These simple but profound rituals help me align with gratitude, intention, and the magic of creation. I hope they spark something beautiful in you as well.
May your
holidays be filled with love, reflection, and connection.
P.S. Let me know if you try the writing ritual or monthly gift tradition—I’d love to hear what opens up for you!
