I would like to invite you to join us for a living, embodied chakra study that is  unfolding inside the Tantra Talk Facebook group.

 

This is an exploration of the chakra system through the Tantric lens of body, breath, sound, awareness, and sacred geometry—an invitation to experience the chakras as living centers of intelligence rather than abstract ideas.
 

Each chakra is explored slowly and intentionally, allowing awareness to land in the body and integrate into daily life.

We are weaving together:

• embodied understanding of where each chakra lives in the body
• the vibrational language of color, element, and yantra
• sound and mantra as regulation and resonance
• psychological awareness as lived experience
• relationship and presence through the Tantric lens
• somatic practices that deepen grounding and embodiment
• classical Tantric wisdom that reveals the sacred architecture of each center
 

This study is designed to be felt, to be lived, to be embodied.
 

We have been exploring the Root Chakra this past week. And will continue  through the chakra system—each center given the time, care, and attention it deserves.
