Blessings Sweet Friends,
Welcome to Fall. Exploring and hiking has been incredibly nurturing to my soul, I am loving the intensity of this season. The visual delights in all the colors: reds, oranges, yellows, greens and blues. The feel of the cool brisk air on my skin and in my nostrils as I breathe in. The delicious smells of apples, tomatoes, loamy earth, cinnamon, pumpkin, and leaves. Embracing the sensations of this season has inspired us to create
the Sensual Senses Workshop on November 4, 2017. Let's activate, awaken and

Also, I am offering Explore Your Pelvic Floor: Yoni Egg and Womb Wisdom class on November 1, 2017. This is an amazing class for women to learn more about themselves and to dive deeper into the beauty of womb wisdom. In this class you will
learn techniques to enhance, tone and relax the muscles in your pelvic floor. These exercises are known to increase sensitivity, pleasure, reconditioning, healing and awakening of the pelvic floor. A well toned pelvic floor improves physical and sexual health as well as enhancing sexual pleasure for both partners. Breath Practice by Dan Brule from his book Just Breath
1. Take a few long, slow, deep, gentle breaths to focus, relax, and prepare.
2. Take in thirty or forty deep, full breaths and let the exhales out without any force. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth, or breathe in and out through your mouth.
3. Take in one more long, deep breath, let the exhale go, and hold your breath out. When you feel a strong urge to breathe or your diaphragm begins to flutter, take in a full inhale and hold it in for ten or fifteen seconds, then let go, exhale, and relax.
Do three rounds of this exercise, two or three times every day. Notice the health and performance benefits.
